Delta State Government Presents Staff of Office to Okpala-Uku of Obikwele"

Deputy Governor of Delta State, Sir Monday Onyeme, FCA, presented the Staff of Office to His Royal Highness Pa Edward Isama Ofuezuem, the Okpala-Uku of Obikwele, on behalf of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
