DELTA State House of Assembly, has lifted the suspension it slammed on two of it's members, Honorable Ogbuefi Chukwudi DAFE and Hon. Oboro Kenneth Preyor.
The recall of the lawmakers was sequel to the expiration of the 14 legislative days suspension placed on them by the House over alleged gross misconduct.

represents Ukwuani and Bomadi state constituencies respectively in the Assembly.
Speaker State House of Assembly the Rt Hon Emomotimi Guwor lifted suspension at Tuesday's plenary.
Guwor said an investigative committee was set up to look into the allegations
gross misconduct leveled on the lawmakers.
He however noted that though the committee was yet to submit its report, the legislators were recalled following the expiration of the suspension date.
The House, at the plenary, gave leave to the Majority Leader, Emeka Nwaobi to bring in a Bill for a law to provide for the Establishment of the Delta State Food Security Agency.
Nwaobi moved a motion for the Bill to be read the first time and was seconded by the member representing Oshimili South, Bridget Anyafulu.
The House also granted leave to the Deputy Speaker, the Right Honourable Olorogun Barr Arthur Akpowowo to bring a Bill for a law to Repeal the Delta State Waste Management Board Law of 2008, and enact the Establishment of the Delta State Waste Management Board, and to Maintain a system of Effective Waste Collection, Management and Disposal in the state.
